Trooper says Palin Obstructed Justice & delayed drug case For Politics

Anchorage Daily News: Palin Around with Interfering with Police Work Redux: Alaskan Police Drug Investigator Claims Palin Administration Delayed and Interfered with Drug Investigation of Bristol's Not-Yet Mother-in-Law. Of course there are denials, after all bible spice is such a good ol' gal, and if the truth were admitted it might not play out well when she attempts another failed presidential run.

  1. #1    This is typical of the small town family values exhibited by Ms. Palin (R-Airhead).

By the way, kjlovell, I have to take issue with your label "Bible Spice" for Governor Twinkie.
First, despite her adherence to her extremist Xtian Dominionist cult, I truly doubt that Gov. Twinkie actually readss the bible very much. If she does, it certainly hasn't sunk in. Secondly, the Spice Girls, while not my style, are entertaining for some. Gov. Twinkie is only entertaining for the segment of the population that finds a train wreck entertaining.

I like Moose-olini (she certainly has fascist leanings), and Twinkie (low class, empty calories).
Moron and Airhead fit her well, also.

  2. #2    I thought that was normal, that police take timing into account with announcements and arrests. Imagine the screams if they had busted her a week before the election? They'd be crucified for sabotaging the National election over a handful of pills. And if she had been a Democrat that was busted, we'd all be convinced that Rove made it happen, framed her, rigged the security cameras and killed the whistleblower.
The fact that the new Public Safety Commissioner was recently appointed by Carribou Barbie might explain why he didn't embarrass her right when the cameras were pointed her way.
Where it would be a problem would be if Palin's office knew of the investigation and asked them to hold off, but, kind of people they are, they would have warned Johnston that she was being watched, had she known.
Palin is another one that should simply fall off the Media-Scope.
'Less you get footage of her perpwalk, that's newsworthy.

  3. #3    Can't we STOP talking about the dumb, hateful, Secessionist governor of Alaska? We don't talk about the other Republican governors. She has had her "15 minutes of fame."

She and Blagojevich have gotten WAAAAAAY beyond their share of public exposure. Enough is ENOUGH!

Let's let her die of neglect (that's why I didn't buzz this one, and I won't buzz future articles about her - OR Blagojevich).

I'd watch that one with a big smile.

  5. #5    CwV I think they should take their time busting someone, but for caribou barbie to make the call is obstruction of justice.

#3, buzz or don't, I don't care. But I can return the favor. I buzz articles for their importance, not because I dislike the subject.

  6. #6    #5: What is important about Palin or ANYTHING she does or doesn't do? Name ONE thing. If she goes to jail without parole it will not make one iota of difference in the world.

And it won't make any difference in Alaska, either. How long did Alaskans keep that felon Stevens in office and how close did he get to getting away with his criminality?

In my opinion, stories about Palin are as unimportant as the lipsticked pitbull is herself. And THAT is VERY unimportant!
