In a 'microsimulation' analysis by an MIT economist using data from the Congressional Budget Office, there is an encouraging indication that the initial financial expense will result in more Americans covered by health insurance and an overall lowering of long-term and policy costs. Interesting that Politico loads this on with: "...health-reform bill being pushed by President Barack Obama" while in much of the MSM and Left Blogistan, Obama is not doing enough, has been AWOL, if I remember the headline. So which is it? Is he pushing this or not? Is this the Senate's Bill? Is it Congress's? Who gets the credit? Who takes the blame?
Obama has been "publicly vague" about his signature piece(?!?) but it's turning out, after all the HooHaa, pyrotechnics and Death Threats, to be just about exactly what he campaigned on. Pretty good for AWOL.

where is the study that investigates what the American health care landscape would look like if insurance companies were removed from the 'microsimulation'?
i am really not too interested in the level of 'savings' i will see when i pay a private company to receive entry into the health system in modern America (after being required by law to do business with these companies by the insurance industry bailout plan being 'discussed' on capitol hill)
more interested in whether my sick and poor neighbor will be treated like a human instead of an animal when she needs life saving health proceedures
