It wasn't until I saw the government's treatment of evidence in its report that I was completely converted however. Like in the JFK assassination, evidence that contradicted the predetermined conclusion was destroyed, buried in endless pages of trivia, or simply ignored. That's not how investigations are supposed to work. The evidence is supposed to guide the conclusion, not the other way round.

  1. #1    Why weren't the tons and tons of materials kept for analysis. THIS WAS THE GREATEST BUILDNG COLLAPSE IN HISTORy! Every architect, engineeer and human being should want to know exactly what failed and how to prevent it. What did we get? They quickly discarded most of the materials, shockingly quickly (think about how painstakingly they reconstruct a downed plane),and then gave us computer simulations, based on analysis done on the cheap (800,000 for the first Fema analysis - you can't buy a nice house for that!).

    The hilarious part was when they first told us that the bolts holding the floor strusses to the outer beams were too weak. But that theory didn't hold up, so - hey presto - ...
