4. #4    Thank gawd, Chavez has got the balls to keep this govt out. It is obvious Uribe does not have. Right now, he is just riding the fence to find out whose camp is going to win, and that is the camp he will claim he was always with. If I were Chavez, right now, I would not turn my back on him. To think that just b/c we sign an agreement with Uribe that we can just plant bases anywhere we like is a joke. And Chavez will show them how much of a joke it REALLY is. The bully days are over.
