   Ridge and Rove and Cheney and Rummy, oh, and GWBush ought to be terrified of this trial, because it WILL put the US on trial. And the US, in the form of these miscreants, IS guilty.
   This shouldn't be a political issue, rather a criminal one, both what KSM did, or did not do, and the crimes perpetrated against KSM, many of which are documented, confessed to, even bragged about.
   It will, of course, be spun into a political circus and may cost Holder his job. He's showing real courage here and deserves credit and support.

   If there are any decent defense attorneys involved it SHOULD be a dead bang certainty. While the act they are accused of is indefensible the treatment of prisoners is also. So whether in this trial, or the one that SHOULD follow from it, they SHOULD have something to "fear" ... but then the fix is probably in ...no?
