   Don't bank on that, pal. The Senate version has language that contradicts his ammendment. In order for it to go into the Senate bill, it would require 60 votes(it's a change in a part that's already accepted). Boxer has all the votes she needs to block insertion in the Senate. It won't make it past Reconciliation, for several reasons, as nas alludes, there is heavy frieght on this track and dog, don't sit down there. Once it gets back to the House it's a simple 50%+1, no revisions vote and with the WhiteHouse pressure, the momentum for this, the BlueDogs may be about to discover the limits of their power.
