A Petition Establishing Health Care as a Civil Right - Rep. Dennis Kucinich

HR676 firmly establishes health care as a Civil Right, consistent with the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States and Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution which defines a purpose of government "to promote the General Welfare," now therefore, I HEREBY EXPRESS MY STRONG SUPPORT FOR HR676, SINGLE PAYER HEALTH CARE, AND THE PRINCIPLES OF ECONOMIC JUSTICE FOR WHICH IT STANDS:

  4. #4    Kudos Rep. Kucinich! Hard fought and now once again the
despicable nature, tyranny of profiteering on the suffering
of others is beginning to fall aside, in line with the rest of the world. Perhaps now, we can truly reverse the
downward trend of healthcare through the long delayed advances that stem cell research and other meaningful methodologies offer.
Very much a Right, a Civil Right. Inherent, next, will be
Tax Reform that is inseparably linked to the balanced
solution. Other countries that made the change to universal coverage floundered until the Tax problem was
finally resolved. It took several years, but in every
instance it (taxes) had to be reformed, also.
    Thank you Rep. Dennis Kucinich.

  5. #5    After signing the petition, don't forget to donate to Mr. Kucinich's re-election campaign. I "subscribed" for $10/month. Not much per person (about 2 Starbucks), but if enough people "subscribes", he may have enough dough to ride all the way to the White House and re-take it for the People.
