SEPTA regional rails

Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) has announced new working rules. Consequently, the union representing the mass transit system of the Southeastern Pennsylvania went on strike in the early hours of Tuesday.

    That's what, 300,000 Commuters? 400,000? Man, Philly is on an emotional roller coaster today. If they lose tonight's game, tommorow's commute is gonna be grisley.
