US dominance began its decline with US failures in Afghanistan and Iraq. They are complicated by the decline of US economic hegemony begun under Ronald Reagan and the related decline of the US dollar begun under Richard Nixon who bought the US some time by withdrawing from the Bretton-Woods accords, commonly called the 'gold standard'.

  1. #1    I'm pretty sure it started when Yale started representing the executive branch for the last 30+ years. Yes....Yale grads (law school grads) have either been the Pres or VP (bush under reagan) for the LAST 30 years. There's a conspiracy for ya. How is it possible that Yalie's have taken the white house in every election since Ford? Seems statistically impossible.
